Qualification: BCA
Job Location: Surat, Gujarat. India Major Responsibilities

• Internet Research, Fact Checking and Web Based Marketing
• Work as a part of the clients\' extended team
• Resolving Customer queries
• Analyse, Plan, Organize and complete the tasks to meet deadline and quality requirements.
• Conduct online research for tasks to acquire results and present them in a manner that meets the expectations of clients.
• Data Collection through Internet research
• Entering data into appropriate fields; databases, records, and files
• Organizing spreadsheets with large numbers
• Typing data directly and accurately
• Complying with security backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly
• Viewing and verifying confidential or private customer/client information; protecting the information and identities of customers/client
• Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation
• Product Uploading, Picture Uploading, Chat Process
• E-Commerce Management
• Data Mining

• Advanced Excel Certification

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Rotational shift
• Weekend availability
