Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Web & Graphic Designer

who can design visually appealing website layouts, banners, and marketing creatives--and also ensure they are implemented correctly on live websites.

This role is ideal for someone who understands

UI/UX design principles

and can bridge the gap between

design and light front-end execution

, making sure designs look as good on the website as they do in mockups.

Primary Responsibilities (Top Priority)1. UI/UX & Figma Design

Design website sections and full-page layouts using Figma Create landing page mockups and wireframes Redesign homepage and category page sections Prepare responsive designs for desktop and mobile Create clean, developer-ready design components

2. Website Implementation (Light Front-End Work)

Implement designs on

WordPress / Shopify

Make layout adjustments using basic CSS (spacing, fonts, colors) Fix alignment and responsiveness issues Ensure smooth mobile responsiveness Enhance visual UX without affecting site functionality

3. Marketing & Creative Design

Homepage and collection banners Sale and festival creatives Product promotion banners Social media creatives (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) Email marketing graphics Promotional posters and ad creatives

What We're Looking For

Strong sense of design aesthetics and layout Good understanding of UI/UX best practices Hands-on experience with Figma Basic knowledge of CSS and website structure Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
