Graduate in Fine Arts / Graphic Design / Visual Communication or equivalent
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in creating impactful designs for digital and offline media. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in modern design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI-powered design applications, and must be able to translate marketing and branding requirements into compelling visuals.
Key Responsibilities
Design creatives for digital campaigns (social media posts, ads, banners, emailers, landing pages, etc.).
Develop engaging visual content for offline campaigns including brochures, flyers, hoardings, and in-store branding.
Work with Marketing & MarCom teams to deliver brand-consistent creatives across all channels.
Ideate and design product packaging, catalogues, and other promotional materials.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI design tools, and creative strategies.
Create motion graphics, GIFs, and short animated videos for digital campaigns (preferred).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of designs.
Maintain a repository of brand assets, design templates, and creative archives.
Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility in digital and print designs.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Experience with Canva and other rapid design platforms.
Familiarity with AI-driven design tools like MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar (preferred).
Strong typography, layout, color theory, and branding sense.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
