Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Execution & Case Studies
Create web and graphic designs with clear design logic and structure.
Develop and document
case studies
that explain design decisions and outcomes.
Translate ideas and requirements into clean, functional visuals.
2. Brand Consistency & Visual Systems
Maintain consistent branding across websites, marketing assets, and creatives.
Follow and improve existing brand guidelines.
Ensure every design aligns with the brand's visual identity.
3. Tools & Creative Production
Design UI/UX layouts using
Figma
.
Create quick-turn designs using
Canva
when required.
Produce high-quality graphics using
Photoshop & Illustrator

Create basic motion graphics and video edits using
Premiere Pro & After Effects

4. Speed, Collaboration & Iteration
Work efficiently while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Collaborate with marketing and development teams to execute designs smoothly.

Requirements:
