Marketing Executive
Location: Pune, Hybrid-Twice a week in the office
Status:Permanent, Full Time

Why are we hiring a Web & Digital Design Specialist? As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Web & Digital Design Specialist to support the team and develop as a future leader.
What to expect?
Web Content & CMS Management

• Publish and update web pages, blogs, and landing pages on the Instem WordPress website..

• Optimize content layout and functionality for usability, accessibility, and SEO.

Graphic & Digital Asset Creation

• Design and adapt marketing materials such as presentations, social graphics brochures, flyers, and event graphics. Leveraging appropriate AI tools where needed.

• Support brand refresh and creative campaigns with visually engaging assets.

Video & Multimedia

• Edit short-form video content for marketing and internal communications (basic motion graphics, trimming, subtitles, etc.).

• Prepare presentation videos, product walkthroughs, and clips for social use.

SEO & Digital Best Practices

• Apply basic SEO principles (on-page optimization, alt-text, meta descriptions).

• Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to ensure web performance and analytics alignment.

Cross-Functional Support

• Act as a go-to creative resource for regional sales and marketing teams (North America, EMEA, APAC).

• Ensure consistent application of the Instem brand across all materials.

Skills you'll need:

• 3-6 years of experience in web publishing and digital design in a B2B environment.

• Proficiency in WordPress CMS, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.

• Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva Pro.

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.

• Basic SEO knowledge and familiarity with optimizing web content for discoverability.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
