About Akshaya Chaitanya
Akshaya Chaitanya is a not-for-profit social enterprise by HKM charitable foundation to eradicate hunger from Mumbai. We have partnered with the Medical Education and Drug Department (MEDD) of the Government of Maharashtra and the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) to provide relief to the families of patients by serving them meals at lunch. Additionally, we are running a feeding program for children in slums and municipal schools. We aim to ensure that we make one lac individuals food-secure by 2025 to help them explore opportunities beyond solving hunger.
