Job Description

We are looking for a

Web Development Manager

with hands-on expertise in

WordPress, PHP

, and

Laravel (plus point)

to lead our web development team. The ideal candidate should come from a

digital marketing agency

background, have strong

technical proficiency

, and be capable of managing multiple website projects from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the web development team to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery. Oversee the

design, development, and maintenance

of websites using

WordPress

,

PHP

,

HTML5

,

CSS3

, and

JavaScript

. Work collaboratively with

designers, content creators, SEO, and marketing teams

to build performance-driven websites. Ensure websites are

responsive

,

secure

, and optimized for

speed, SEO, and usability

. Manage

project timelines, task allocation

, and ensure code quality through regular reviews. Research and implement the latest web trends, frameworks, and technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges and ensure minimal downtime. Support in scoping, estimating, and planning new web development projects.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience

in web development, with strong proficiency in:

WordPress, PHP, and MySQL

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery

Experience in

Laravel framework

is a strong advantage. Proven

team management and leadership skills

within a digital agency setup. Experience in

custom WordPress theme and plugin development

. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with

Shopify, Webflow

, or other CMS platforms. Understanding of

SEO, Google Analytics

, and

page performance optimization

. Experience with

Git or version control systems

. Exposure to

CRM integrations, marketing automation tools

landing page optimization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
