The ideal candidate will lead our offshore development team, ensuring the successful delivery of stand alone & e-commerce solutions that meet the unique requirements of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the technical intricacies of each platform, along with strong leadership skills to guide the team in executing projects efficiently. Experience Level: Senior-Level Position (6+ years) Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage an offshore web development team, specialising in standalone & e-commerce platforms.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture, ensuring the team\'s expertise aligns with the specific requirements of each platform.

2. E-commerce Platform Expertise:

• Possess in-depth knowledge of BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, Shopify, and WordPress.
• Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies within the e-commerce space.

3. Project Management:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for e-commerce projects.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and onshore teams to gather project requirements and ensure successful delivery.

4. Technical Guidance:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team on the specific nuances of each e-commerce platform.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to platform-specific best practices.

5. Integration and Customisation:

• Oversee the integration of third-party tools and plugins for enhanced e-commerce functionality.
• Lead customisation efforts to meet unique client requirements while maintaining platform compatibility.

6. Quality Assurance:

• Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure e-commerce solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing to identify and address potential issues before deployment.

7. Client Communication:

• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide technical solutions on e-commerce platforms.
• Act as a point of contact for client queries and ensure effective communication throughout project lifecycles.

8. Performance Optimisation:

• Monitor and optimize the performance of e-commerce websites, addressing issues related to speed, responsiveness, and user experience.
