Behavioral Health Partners is seeking a highly skilled Web Development & SEO Specialist to join our fully remote team. This role is critical to building and optimizing high-performing local service pages for addiction treatment and behavioral health organizations across the United States.

This is not a generalist role. You will work within defined SOPs, proven SEO frameworks, and a structured production workflow focused on performance, compliance, and long-term rankings.

Position Overview

The Web Development & SEO Specialist is responsible for building, optimizing, and launching SEO-driven local service pages using WordPress and Elementor. You will collaborate closely with SEO strategists, content teams, and client success managers to ensure every page meets technical, on-page, and conversion standards.

This role requires precision, consistency, and the ability to follow and improve documented SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

Build and launch WordPress pages using Elementor based on predefined templates and SEO SOPs Implement on-page SEO best practices including heading structure, internal linking, schema placement, and metadata Optimize pages for local SEO performance, search intent, and conversion rate optimization Ensure all pages meet technical SEO requirements including site speed, mobile optimization, schema and clean structure Collaborate with content and SEO teams to properly implement written content without deviation Maintain consistency across large-scale page builds while meeting deadlines Identify and communicate technical or SEO issues clearly and proactively Follow HIPAA-aware, compliance-minded web practices for behavioral health clients

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on SEO experience Advanced proficiency with WordPress and Elementor Strong understanding of on-page SEO, local SEO, and technical SEO fundamentals Experience building service pages that rank and convert Ability to follow SOPs exactly while maintaining high quality standards Coachable, trainable, and receptive to feedback High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail Strong time management and prompt communication in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, addiction treatment, or regulated industries Familiarity with schema markup implementation Experience working within agency environments and production workflows Understanding of conversion rate optimization for service-based businesses
