with proven CMS management experience, strong technical SEO skills, and expertise in page speed optimization and data tracking integrations. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance WordPress websites that are both user-friendly and search-engine ready.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical SEO
Optimize site structure, schema markup, meta tags, and internal linking.
Ensure clean, crawlable code and XML sitemaps.
Fix indexing issues and improve Core Web Vitals.
Performance & Page Speed Optimization
Minimize HTTP requests, leverage caching, and optimize images.
Implement lazy loading, CDN integration, and efficient code practices.
Monitor and improve Lighthouse & PageSpeed Insights scores.
Data Tracking & Analytics Integration
Set up and configure Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and other tracking tools.
Implement event tracking, conversion tracking, and custom data layers.Maintenance & Security
Regularly update WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
Implement security best practices and backups.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience in WordPress development (custom themes & plugins).
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
Hands-on experience with technical SEO and Core Web Vitals optimization.
Familiarity with GTM, GA4, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking tools.
Understanding of web performance tools (Lighthouse, GTmetrix, WebPageTest).
Knowledge of hosting environments, CDN, and DNS management, etc.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Communications, Marketing,Digital Media, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in web development and/or content management (experience in education preferred).
