Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Web Developer

to work on website development, responsive design, API integration, content updates, and Drupal-based enhancements for departmental websites. The role includes managing both English and Hindi versions of the website, improving UI/UX, and ensuring high performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop

CSS media queries

to make websites fully responsive across all screen resolutions.
2. Test and optimize website compatibility and performance on local and production servers.
3. Integrate

Bootstrap

and create dynamic sections such as

Pashupedia, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube APIs

on the DAHD home page.
4.Develop and manage

Hindi version

of the website, ensuring content synchronization with English pages.
5. Maintain

daily backups

of the web application and database.
6. Consume

RESTful APIs

using JQuery, HTML, and CSS and display data on the website.
7. Upgrade to the

latest jQuery version

to address vulnerabilities.
8. Create popups, events, and other interactive UI elements using

HTML, CSS, JS

and

date and time-based events

in Drupal 9 (PHP).
9. Build dynamic content updates using

views, filters, and queries

in Drupal.
10. Work on

website revamping

and design improvements.
11. Assist with Linux tasks such as configuring

Apache server

to host websites.

Required Qualifications:

1. MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc (CS/IT), M.Sc Computer Science, B.E/B.Tech (IT/CSE)with (Minimum

50% marks

).
2. Knowledge of

HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Linux and Apache Server configuration.

Required Skills:

1. Experience with

Drupal 8/9

and PHP.
2. Understanding of

RESTful API consumption.

3. Experience with

website responsiveness and UI/UX improvements.

4. Familiarity with

API integration

(social media platforms).
5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ?55,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
