Education: BCA / MCA / B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent)

Role Summary:

As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of websites and web-based applications. You will work closely with senior developers, designers, and project managers to ensure quality and timely delivery of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and development of websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks. Collaborate on UI/UX design implementation and browser compatibility. Write clean, reusable code and follow best practices in coding and documentation. Integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and basic backend services. Conduct testing, debugging, and maintenance of web pages and applications. Participate in code reviews and contribute ideas to improve functionality and user experience. Maintain documentation for projects and tasks. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution.

Required Technical Skills:

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or React (optional) Understanding of backend languages like PHP, Node.js, or Python (basic level) Familiarity with MySQL or MongoDB Basic knowledge of web hosting and domain setup Soft Skills & Traits: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to manage time and tasks effectively Good communication and interpersonal abilities Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):

Experience with content management systems Knowledge of SEO basics and website performance optimization Prior internship or academic project in web development
