Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and creative

Digital Marketing Specialist

to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) including content creation, posting, and engagement. Plan and manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Monitor SEO performance, conduct keyword research, and optimize website content for search engines. Create and distribute engaging content including blogs, graphics, videos, and newsletters. Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, and prepare regular reports with recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Stay up to date with industry trends, digital tools, and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online advertising. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms. Proficiency with digital tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with ability to design and execute compelling campaigns. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Preferred Assets:

Experience in security services, hospitality, or B2B industries. Graphic design or video editing skills. Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or related platforms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
