Job Title: Software Developer

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background AXS, NodeJS, NextJS, Resact and Google technology suite. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software solutions that meet our needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development:

Design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using Next.js, NodeJS, React, AWS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Technical Leadership:

Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.
Mentor team members and foster a collaborative and innovative development environment.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into the development process.

System Architecture:

Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems.
Ensure that software solutions are designed to be scalable, maintainable, and secure.

Code Reviews:

Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.

Testing:

Implement and maintain unit tests to ensure the reliability of the software.
Work closely with quality assurance teams to identify and address bugs and issues.

Documentation:

Create and maintain technical documentation for software systems.
Document code, processes, and best practices to facilitate knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer with a focus on Google technologies and Next.js.

Technical Skills:

Google Search
Proficiency in Next.js and a strong understanding of React.js.
Experience with front-end and back-end development.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.

Team Collaboration:

Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
