This is a remote position.
- Responsible for new development & maintenance to the company's WordPress website and service portals
- Implement appropriate and tidy codes and test them in various environments, enhance and/or modify them if necessary
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
- Understanding the business domain deeply and working closely with business stakeholders
- Carry out testing, bug fixing and troubleshooting
- Conduct WordPress performance test and tuning
- Custom WordPress theme and plugins
- Monitor the performance of the website
Requirements
- Degree holder in Web design, web development or related technical disciplines
- Proficient in web development on WordPress with minimum 2 years hands-on experience
- Proven experience and understanding of responsive design
- Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery
- Knowledge of back-end integration such as database, JSON API integration
- Familiar with SEO tracking code installation (eg. GTM, GA, Facebook Pixel, etc.) will be a plus
- Good command of written English
