Role Overview

We are hiring a

Web Developer (Python/Django)

with 2.5-3 years of proven experience in web development, specializing in building robust, scalable backends and APIs using Python and Django/DRF. This role is strictly open for

Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar-based candidates only

You will primarily focus on server-side logic, system design, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust web application backends and systems using

Django/Django REST Framework

. Build high-performance

REST APIs

for seamless integration with client-side applications. Work with

PostgreSQL

, MongoDB, or Supabase for efficient data storage and management. Implement caching strategies, performance optimization, and scalable system architecture. Handle cloud deployment (Azure/AWS) with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). Collaborate with frontend developers on API contracts and data exchange. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Python code. Integrate third-party APIs (e.g., Razorpay, external services). Debug, test, and resolve issues across the backend web application workflows.
Strict Candidate Requirements

Minimum

2.5-3 years

of professional experience in web/backend development. Must be a resident of

Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar

- candidates from other locations will be rejected without review. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Proficiency in Python (Django/DRF).

Strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases (

PostgreSQL

, MongoDB). Hands-on experience with REST APIs and web system design. Knowledge of Git & version control.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with a modern frontend framework (e.g., React.js). Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and CDN optimizations. Knowledge of Machine Learning libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow). Experience with Payment Gateway Integrations (Razorpay, Stripe, etc.).
