About the Role
We are looking for a talented and responsible
Web Developer
who can manage the complete digital presence of our company and its upcoming projects.
This role involves:
Developing new websites
Maintaining and improving existing websites
Designing banners and layouts
Managing social media content
Supporting digital marketing activities
You will work on
multiple projects

Regional Academy (existing website - redesign & maintenance)
Restaurant/Cafe website
Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. website
IIM Bhubaneswar College website
And future digital projects

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Website Development (New Projects)
Build complete websites for new ventures (cafe, real estate, educational institute)
Develop responsive, mobile-friendly layouts
Add features such as enquiry forms, maps, galleries, and landing pages
Ensure modern design, smooth navigation, and fast loading
B. Website Maintenance (Existing Projects)
Redesign and update the Regional Academy website
Fix broken links, errors, bugs, and display issues
Upload new text, photos, notices, courses, or events
Improve site speed & performance
Maintain security, backups, plugins, and SEO structure
C. Design & Content Creation
Create banners, graphics, posters, and website visuals
Support social media page with creative posts
Maintain consistency in branding
Prepare landing pages for campaigns
D. Social Media Management & Digital Support
Manage company's social media pages
Post updates, events, announcements
Draft captions or short content when needed
Support digital marketing activities
Improve leads through website + social media integrations
E. Technical Support
Handle hosting, domain, SSL renewals
Fix technical issues on websites
Keep all digital platforms updated
