Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage and update WordPress websites, including plugins, themes & security updates.

Assist in web development using HTML, CSS & JavaScript.

Perform technical and on-page SEO (meta tags, schema, internal linking, etc.).

Conduct website audits & fix performance or ranking issues.

Track website data using Google Search Console (GSC) & Google Analytics.

Work on backlink building & off-page SEO strategies.

Monitor algorithm changes & adjust strategies to maintain visibility.

Study audience behavior & analyze traffic trends for better reach.

Manage server & network maintenance -- hosting setup, DNS, backups, and SSL.

Support content updates, formatting & optimization on websites.

Handle YouTube channel management -- upload, optimize & promote videos.

Improve YouTube views, engagement & watch time through SEO-based strategies including video Backlinking.

Analyze YouTube audience data to understand trends & optimize performance.

Manage & grow Facebook pages -- posting content, engaging with audiences & boosting reach.

Optimize Facebook content for better engagement, visibility & traffic.

Support digital marketing activities, including keyword tracking, analytics & campaigns.

Provide technical assistance for web, SEO & social media-related issues.

Qualifications:

BCA Graduate/ Bsc- Computer Science/ B Tech -Computer Science.

Required skills:

Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS & JavaScript.

Understanding of SEO, Google Search Console & Google Analytics.

Familiarity with YouTube SEO & Facebook Page Management.

Knowledge of server management (hosting, DNS, cPanel, backups, SSL).

Basic understanding of digital marketing tools & strategies.

Good communication, time management & problem-solving skills.

Willingness to learn, adapt & contribute to multiple digital areas.

Experience :- Atleast 6 months of experience as a web developer.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Edapally, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
