Summary: As a Web Developer, you will design, build, and test web-based applications for various site components while also editing site content. Your typical day will involve documenting technical designs and specifications, researching updated content for websites, and ensuring that all applications meet the required standards for functionality and user experience. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the web applications are aligned with the overall project goals and user needs, contributing to a dynamic and innovative work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of web applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe. - Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies. - Experience with database management and integration. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
