Key Responsibilities :

Web Development :

Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications.

Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO.

Implement UI/UX best practices using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.

Manage CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).

Troubleshoot bugs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

Collaborate with designers and content creators to integrate visual and written content.

Social Media Management :

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels).

Monitor analytics and generate performance reports.

Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers.

Stay updated on trends and integrate them into campaigns.

Coordinate with marketing and design teams for cohesive branding.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.

Proficiency in front-end technologies and CMS platforms.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics tools.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines independently.

Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.

Familiarity with paid ad campaigns and influencer outreach.
