Key Responsibilities:

? The Web Developer Head leads and manages the development team, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance oversight.

? They plan, design, and supervise the development of websites, web applications, and digital platforms in line with business goals.

? They establish coding standards, best practices, and development processes to ensure high-quality and maintainable outputs.

? They collaborate with designers, marketers, and IT teams to deliver user-friendly and innovative digital solutions.

? They oversee project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

? They stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend tools, frameworks, and practices to improve productivity.

? They ensure the security, scalability, and performance optimization of websites and applications across devices.

? They conduct regular code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to maintain high technical standards.

? They coordinate with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements, share updates, and deliver tailored solutions.

? They drive continuous improvement by implementing innovative strategies to enhance the company's digital presence.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

? Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in web development, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

? Proven expertise in modern web technologies, frameworks, and programming languages (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, or similar).

? Strong understanding of database management systems (MySQL, MongoDB, or similar).

? Experience in managing end-to-end web development projects, from planning to deployment.

? Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

? Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a development team effectively.

? Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
