Web Builder Remote

Full time, India


The Web Builder is responsible for the end-to-end development and timeline management of attendee registration websites. This role requires proficiency in creative problem-solving, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of optimal UI/UX workflows.

As a Web Builder, you will

Be responsible for end-to-end build and timeline management of attendee registration websites per Client and BCD standards meeting if not exceeding Client SLAs Have a detailed understanding of Client's needs and objectives for registration experience and information collection Ensure optimum customer service capability through effective development of web registration forms. You will consult on opportunities to enhance the registrant's experience to be more positive and seamless Ensure all web builds follow Client's brand standards and guidelines Be accountable for web page development using internal Web Server Applications, HTML and CSS Obtain necessary approval from Generalist role/Client regarding changes and final approval Generate tests to verify all pertinent data captured appropriately Maintain a complete and thorough understanding of Client program/event and keep abreast of all changes Partner with travel to set up group air interface Update revised room blocks accordingly in registration database Advise supervisor of changes in technology, enhancements and opportunities to improve service deliverables Assume and perform other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, as requested

About you

Previous experience in web technology in a business environment You have several years of experience in web building through Cvent or other events management software Ability to be flexible, consultative, and an independent thinker understanding that SOPs are important, but creative solutions are important as well Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear and effective communication You work well under time pressures and changing deadlines and requests Proficient in HTML, CSS, MacOS, iOS, and JavaScript
