About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Web Developer (Front-End & Back-End) to join our team at Pimpri, Pune. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience to kick-start their career through our Earn & Learn platform, working on live projects and gaining hands-on experience.

• Qualification: Graduate in Computer Science / IT / Computer Applications or related field
• Experience: 0 to 1 Year / Freshers welcome
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pimpri, Pune

Job Type:

• Full-Time Work
• Earn & Learn Platform / Commission-Based Model (Income based on project contributions and performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain websites and web applications using front-end and back-end technologies
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement and improve features
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
• Test, debug, and optimize applications for performance and responsiveness
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and development

Required Technical Skills:
Front-End:

• HTML
• CSS
• JavaScript
• Bootstrap
• JQuery

Back-End:

• PHP
• MySQL

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel will be an added advantage
• Understanding of web development best practices and responsive design
• Basic knowledge of version control systems like Git is a plus
