We are looking for a talented and versatile professional to join our team. This role combines front-end and back-end web development responsibilities with client acquisition and relationship management. The ideal candidate will create responsive and engaging websites while driving business growth through effective client interactions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Web Development:
Design and develop visually appealing and responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and WordPress (including CMS & e-commerce with payment gateway integration)
Manage back-end development tasks ensuring secure, efficient data management and web hosting
Conduct regular testing, debugging, and optimization to deliver smooth, error-free web experiences
Adhere to and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) as defined by the company
Client Engagement:
Acquire new clients by pitching services, understanding their needs, preparing quotations, and negotiating contracts
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, working proactively to achieve or exceed sales targets within set timeframes
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and ongoing support
Provide regular feedback to management and prepare detailed sales reports
Follow company SOPs related to sales and client management
Company Assets & Work Ownership:
Use any company-issued email, social media, or professional accounts exclusively for performing duties under this agreement
All work products (including articles, posts, designs, plans, reports, documents, and other materials) developed under this agreement shall remain the exclusive property of the company without restriction or limitation on use
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and WordPress
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including payment gateway integration
Strong understanding of web hosting and back-end data management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to analyse market trends and translate them into actionable strategies
Commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar combined role (web development + client engagement)
Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and content management strategies
