Job Description

1. Website Development & Maintenance



Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites/web applications. Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. Optimize website performance (speed, security, SEO readiness). Fix bugs, errors, and technical issues promptly.

2. UI/UX & Functionality



Implement user-friendly navigation and layouts. Ensure websites follow branding guidelines and modern UI standards. Integrate required tools (forms, chat, payment gateways, etc.). Test features before deployment for smooth functionality.

3. Collaboration & Support



Work with designers, content creators, and marketers for updates. Support integration with digital marketing campaigns (landing pages, tracking codes). Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot user issues.

4. Continuous Improvement



Stay updated with new web technologies and frameworks. Implement best practices in coding, version control, and security. Suggest enhancements for better user engagement and performance.

5. Reporting & Documentation



Maintain proper documentation of code, processes, and changes. Provide weekly status updates to management. Ensure project delivery within deadlines.

KRA - Digital Marketer1. Online Presence & Branding



Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Ensure consistent brand visibility through social media, SEO, and content marketing. Create engaging posts, blogs, and campaigns aligned with brand guidelines.

2. Lead Generation & Campaigns



Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to generate qualified leads. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for best ROI. Set up landing pages and lead capture systems in coordination with developers.

3. SEO & Website Optimization



Improve website ranking through on-page and off-page SEO techniques. Conduct keyword research and optimize content. Track analytics and suggest improvements for better conversions.

4. Social Media & Engagement



Manage social media accounts with regular posts, reels, and stories. Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community building. Analyze performance (reach, engagement, follower growth).

5. Reporting & Analytics



Track and report digital marketing performance (leads, traffic, conversions, ROI). Share insights and suggest strategies to management. Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ad Manager effectively.
