Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Web Development & Automation Lead

to spearhead our digital infrastructure and optimization efforts. This is a key technical role focused on managing websites, integrating automation tools, and enhancing user experience across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and manage organizational websites with a focus on performance and scalability. Integrate CRM systems and automation tools (e.g., email workflows, form submissions, analytics tracking). Continuously optimize website speed, security, mobile responsiveness, and SEO parameters. Collaborate with the design team to enhance UI/UX across all platforms. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal teams as needed. Ensure websites are compliant with the latest web standards and security protocols.

Qualifications:

B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 4-6 years of proven experience in web development and automation tool implementation. Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or modern frameworks). Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Google Tag Manager, Mailchimp). Solid understanding of SEO, website performance optimization, and security best practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
