Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented

Web Designer

with 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web design principles, UI/UX best practices, and proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Wix. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet the needs of our clients while ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop visually engaging and responsive websites using

Wix

, HTML, and

CSS

. Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to create UI/UX designs that align with the brand identity and user expectations. Convert

Figma

designs into fully functional websites using

Wix

(experience with Figma to Wix conversion is a plus). Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, ensuring websites are intuitive, user-friendly, and effective. Optimize website performance for mobile, tablet, and desktop views. Work on iterative improvements, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to ensure the website meets client specifications and is visually appealing. Stay updated on the latest design trends, web technologies, and best practices in web design and development. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and troubleshoot design issues. Collaborate with the content team to integrate text, images, and multimedia into designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6 months to 2 years of experience in web design or a related field. Strong proficiency in

Wix

, and

CSS

. Experience with

Figma

for creating and collaborating on UI/UX designs. Basic understanding of

UI/UX

principles, with the ability to translate design concepts into functional, user-friendly websites. Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile-first design principles. Familiarity with design systems and website optimization for speed and performance. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across different pages and devices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with Figma to

Wix

integration and customizations. Knowledge of basic JavaScript, jQuery, or other front-end technologies. Experience with SEO best practices and how design influences SEO. Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop. Understanding of website accessibility and compliance standards.
