Job Description

We are looking for a

dynamic and versatile Web Designer

with strong technical and creative abilities. The ideal candidate must be proficient in

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, UI/UX

, and have basic knowledge of

AI tools and automation

. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage

website projects, client communication, and additional company-assigned tasks

responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain professional, responsive websites using

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress

. Create

modern UI/UX layouts

and ensure seamless user experiences across all devices. Utilize

AI tools

(like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or other AI design/automation platforms) to enhance design efficiency and innovation. Customize and optimize

WordPress themes and plugins

as per client requirements. Perform website testing, debugging, and performance optimization (speed, SEO, responsiveness). Work on

AI-assisted content creation

, design generation, and workflow automation when needed. Handle

domain management, hosting, and company digital tasks

as assigned. Assist with

client outreach, communication, and project follow-ups

when required. Train and guide interns or team members in design tools, workflows, and company projects. Stay updated on the latest trends in

AI, web design, and digital technologies

. Complete

any task assigned by the company

, whether related to web design, domain work, or company operations, with professionalism and ownership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

Web Designer

or Front-End Developer. Proficiency in

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

, and

WordPress

(themes, plugins, Elementor, etc.). Strong understanding of

UI/UX design

and hands-on experience with

Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva

. Basic working knowledge of

AI tools

for design, automation, or content generation. Understanding of

SEO, website optimization, and digital best practices

. Excellent

communication, teaching, and client interaction

skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results. Problem-solving attitude, creativity, and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or certification in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with

AI integration

in web design or automation tools. Prior experience in

client outreach or customer relationship management

. Experience in working with

creative agencies or startups

is a plus.
