We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design engaging, user-friendly websites and digital experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, understands UX/UI principles and can translate business requirements into visually appealing designs.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain responsive websites and landing pages
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes based on project requirements
Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product teams
Ensure designs are optimized for usability, performance, and accessibility
Maintain brand consistency across all web assets
Update and improve existing website designs based on feedback and analytics
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (preferred)
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
Attention to detail and strong visual design skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
Basic understanding of SEO and web performance optimization
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
Portfolio showcasing web design projects
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
