About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented

Web Designer

with strong experience in

React.js

and

Tailwind CSS

. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating modern, scalable, and user-friendly web interfaces. You'll work closely with developers to bring web applications to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop responsive web interfaces using React.js, Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of devices and browsers Integrate RESTful APIs and manage application state using Redux or Context API Collaborate with backend developers and designers to improve usability Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in React.js and its core principles Strong understanding of Tailwind CSS, HTML5, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) Experience with state management tools (Redux, Context API) Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling Good understanding of component-based architecture Experience with tools like Vite, Webpack, Git, NPM/Yarn Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them

Nice to Have:

Experience with TypeScript Experience with ShadCN Familiarity with Next.js or other SSR frameworks Familiar with testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library UI/UX sensibility and attention to design detail

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Eagerness to learn and grow with a team

Pay: ₹10,563.06 - ₹35,818.50 per month
