Job Title: Web Designer

Volansoft Technologies is a fast-growing IT solutions company based in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, specializing in innovative web and mobile app development. We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer with extensive experience in to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting exceptional user experiences and visually stunning interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring innovative designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop responsive and visually engaging web pages using

HTML5

,

CSS3

,

Bootstrap

, and

Tailwind CSS

. Ensure

cross-browser compatibility

and optimized performance across different devices and screen sizes. Implement modern

UI/UX designs

from wireframes and prototypes created in

Figma

. Integrate dynamic elements using

JavaScript

and

EJS templating

for server-side rendering. Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless integration between design and functionality. Maintain design consistency, improve user experience, and contribute creative input during design discussions. Keep up to date with the latest web design trends, tools, and best practices.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

Front-End Development:

HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap CSS

Responsive Web Design:

Expertise in creating adaptive layouts for all screen sizes

Design Tools:

Figma (for UI/UX design and prototyping)

Programming:

JavaScript (for interactivity and dynamic content)

Templating Engine:

EJS (for embedding JavaScript templates)

Browser Compatibility:

Strong understanding of cross-browser testing and debugging

Preferred Qualifications:

No Freshers will be considered(6 months full time internship or job experience will be considered). 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in Web Design(Mandatory Skills- HTML5, CSS, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap CSS, Responsive Web Design, Javacript, Figma, EJS Templating, Cross-Browser Compatibility.
