Webindia Master is a fast-growing digital agency providing end-to-end web solutions including website design, development, digital marketing, and branding. We're looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Web Designer

to join our dynamic team - someone who can turn design concepts into visually appealing, responsive, and high-performance websites.

Key Responsibilities

Create modern, user-friendly, and responsive web designs. Convert

PSD and Figma designs to HTML/CSS/Bootstrap

with pixel-perfect accuracy. Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. Collaborate with developers and project managers to deliver high-quality outputs on time. Optimize website design for performance and SEO best practices. Maintain design consistency and follow brand guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficient in

HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript/jQuery

. Strong experience in

PSD to HTML

and

Figma to HTML conversion

. Knowledge of responsive design and web standards. Experience with design tools such as

Figma, Adobe Photoshop, XD

. Basic understanding of

WordPress

or other CMS platforms (preferred). Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in UI/UX principles and wireframing. Basic knowledge of version control tools like

Git

. Understanding of web accessibility and performance optimization.
