Web Designer: Vacancy 1 Candidate

CTC 18to20 k inclusive of EPF &ESIC for the first year

One year working experience is MUST

Technical Skills:

HTML & CSS - The foundation of all websites.

JavaScript - For interactivity (e.g., dropdowns, sliders).

Responsive Design - Making websites look good on all devices.

Design Tools - Familiarity with tools like:

Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch (UI/UX design)

Photoshop, Illustrator (graphic design)

Content Management Systems (CMS) - Especially WordPress, and possibly others like Webflow or Shopify.

Basic SEO - Structuring pages with search engines in mind.

Version Control/Git - Especially if working in teams.

Web Performance Optimization - Knowing how to make websites load fast.

Creative Skills:

UI Design (User Interface) - How the site looks: layout, colors, typography, etc.

UX Design (User Experience) - How the site works and feels: flow, ease of use.

Graphic Design - Creating icons, logos, or visuals that fit the site's theme.

Typography & Color Theory - Using fonts and colors effectively for clarity and branding.

Attention to Detail - Pixel-perfect design is still a thing.

Essential Skills:

Animation with CSS, JavaScript, or tools like Lottie.

Basic coding knowledge beyond frontend (PHP, React, APIs).
