Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Designer to join our team. The Senior Web Designer will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality websites that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive across multiple devices. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX) design, and the latest web development technologies. The candidate should be able to work collaboratively with a cross- functional team and be able to lead the design process from conception to launch. Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field Job duties and responsibilities Design and implement high-quality, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites that are responsive across multiple devices Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and design patterns Work closely with the development team to ensure design implementation and performance Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions Continuously monitor and improve website performance and user experience Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies Skills Required At least 5 years of experience in web design with a strong portfolio of work showcasing website design projects Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, or sketch. Excellent understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in Mobile app designing is a plus. Knowledge of the following will be considered an advantage Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator
