As we expand our digital presence, we're looking for a Web Designer who can combine creativity and functionality to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Web Designer with strong UI/UX skills to manage, design, and improve our digital platforms.
You'll collaborate with the marketing and development teams to design websites, landing pages, and digital touchpoints that reflect EEZ Align's brand and values.

Responsibilities

Design, update, and maintain EEZ Align's website and landing pages. Create responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing designs. Work with marketing to develop intuitive UI/UX layouts that improve conversions. Translate wireframes and feedback into functional, attractive web experiences. Collaborate with developers to implement and optimize web elements. Ensure design consistency and SEO-friendly site performance.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in Web Design or UI/UX Design. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Webflow, or WordPress. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of Python or other programming languages is a plus. Good sense of layout, typography, and digital aesthetics. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Skills

Experience designing for healthcare, wellness, or service-based brands. Knowledge of SEO, website analytics, and optimization. Basic experience with motion graphics or animations.
