About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Web Designer

to join our dynamic team. The

ideal candidate must possess a strong aesthetic sense, have hands-on experience in

wordpress elementor, graphic design, and be proficient with Figma

. You will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly, and dynamic websites and digital assets that

align with our brand and user goals.

Key Responsibilities:

? Design and develop aesthetically pleasing, responsive web pages and user interfaces.

? Collaborate with

UI/UX designers

, developers, and marketing teams to bring concepts to

life.

? Create

wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs using Figma

.

? Translate brand guidelines into functional design elements across all digital touchpoints.

? Design dynamic visual assets for web such as banners, sliders, and animated graphics.

? Ensure website design is optimized for all devices and browsers.

? Maintain and update existing websites based on business or user needs.

? Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web and graphic design.

Requirements:

? Proven work experience as a

Web Designer or similar role.

? Strong aesthetic and visual design sense with attention to detail.

?

Proficiency in Figma,Wordpress elementor, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,

Illustrator, etc.).

? Good understanding of responsive

design, layout principles, and web typography.

? Knowledge of

HTML/CSS and dynamic design elements is a plus.

? Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into digital formats.

? Strong portfolio showcasing web and graphic design work.

? Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

? Degree/Diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

? Experience with motion design or animation tools is a bonus.

? Familiarity with front-end frameworks or CMS platforms (like WordPress or Webflow) is

advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
