We are looking for a Web Designer with strong front-end development skills who is eager to transition into a HubSpot CMS Developer role. This position is ideal for candidates with a foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery who are passionate about learning HubSpot's CMS ecosystem and building dynamic, responsive, and marketing-optimized websites.


As part of our HubSpot team, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to grow into a full-fledged HubSpot CMS Developer, contributing to client projects involving landing pages, themes, and marketing automation integrations.


Responsibilities
You will be working as a Web Designer and HubSpot CMS Trainee within the design and marketing technology team. You would be required to participate in website design, front-end development, and HubSpot CMS implementation tasks.

Your key Responsibilities will include:

Designing and developing responsive, SEO-friendly web pages and landing pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Assisting in the customization and development of HubSpot CMS templates, modules, and themes. Collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement visually appealing and functional web solutions. Learning and implementing HubSpot CMS tools, HubL (HubSpot Markup Language), and integrations. Ensuring design consistency, brand alignment, and user experience best practices across projects. Performing testing, debugging, and optimization for better website performance. Supporting the migration of existing websites or templates into the HubSpot environment. Staying updated with modern design trends, front-end technologies, and HubSpot platform updates. Required Skills

Primary Technical Skills

1+ years of hands-on experience in web design and front-end development. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. Experience in building responsive and cross-browser compatible layouts. Understanding of UI/UX principles and web accessibility standards. Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop. Basic knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or Webflow. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Eagerness to learn HubSpot CMS and HubL development.

Secondary Technical Skills

Understanding of version control (Git) and task management tools. Basic SEO knowledge and website optimization practices. Exposure to marketing platforms or CRM systems is a plus. HubSpot Academy certifications (CMS for Marketers/Developers) preferred but not mandatory.
