About the Role:

We are seeking a

creative and detail-oriented Web Designer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must possess a strong

aesthetic sense

, have hands-on experience in

graphic design

, and be proficient with

Figma

. You will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly, and dynamic websites and digital assets that align with our brand and user goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop aesthetically pleasing, responsive web pages and user interfaces. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life. Create wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs using Figma. Translate brand guidelines into functional design elements across all digital touchpoints. Design dynamic visual assets for web such as banners, sliders, and animated graphics. Ensure website design is optimized for all devices and browsers. Maintain and update existing websites based on business or user needs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web and graphic design.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a

Web Designer

or similar role. Strong

aesthetic and visual design sense

with attention to detail. Proficiency in

Figma

, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Good understanding of

responsive design

, layout principles, and web typography. Knowledge of

HTML/CSS

and dynamic design elements is a plus. Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into digital formats. Strong portfolio showcasing web and graphic design work. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Experience with motion design or animation tools is a bonus. Familiarity with front-end frameworks or CMS platforms (like WordPress or Webflow) is advantageous.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
