Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.). Strong understanding of responsive design principles and front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript). Experience with prototyping tools and familiarity with design systems. Knowledge of user experience best practices and accessibility standards. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Attention to detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and user-centric designs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor\'s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Interactive Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with animation and motion graphics. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and their integration. Knowledge of SEO principles as they relate to web design. Experience with user research methodologies.
