The Web Designer cum Social Media Coordinator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating the company's websites, managing social media platforms, creating engaging digital content, and ensuring consistent brand visibility. This role supports overall marketing initiatives and ensures a strong online presence for the Crunchys brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Design & Management

Design, develop, and update company websites and landing pages. Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, user-friendly, and optimized for speed and performance. Implement UI/UX best practices for enhanced customer experience. Coordinate with IT and marketing teams for new feature updates. Manage website security, backups, and troubleshooting.

2. Social Media Management

Manage official social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Plan monthly social media calendars and campaigns. Post content regularly as per brand guidelines. Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation. Track and analyze social media performance metrics.

3. Content Creation

Create visually appealing graphics, banners, posters, and videos for digital marketing. Design promotional creatives for campaigns, offers, franchise promotions, and announcements. Coordinate photo/video shoots when required.

4. Digital Marketing Support

Assist in running paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) in coordination with the marketing team. Ensure SEO-friendly content and website structure. Support email marketing initiatives and bulk SMS campaigns.

5. Branding & Coordination

Maintain brand consistency across all online platforms and materials. Coordinate with outlets and the operations team for promotional content. Work with franchise partners to provide digital branding support.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
