We are looking for a Web Designer Analyst to join our Customer Service division in Chennai. Web Designer Analyst will be responsible for coding customized HTML forms to the desired format, thereby resolving and addressing inquiries related to operational workflows within our products. Takes ownership towards driving and achieving set goals related to productivity and quality while adhering to the established compliance measures and coding standards.

The Team: Our Complex Cases Team provides support to clients on operational workflows that are unique to our products. The team works collaboratively and passionately to build a high-performing company culture Comprised of engaged employees who work cross-functionally to improve client experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Using HTML5 code, create new HTML forms based on the client request (handwritten formats, pharmacy slips but not limited to PDF)
• To update an existing form using the HTML code
• Maintains adherence to internal guidelines established for HTML coding.
• Contribute constructively to achieve the business goals of the team.
• Support an environment of action and accountability against the team goals.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to achieve successful client outcomes.
• Provide resolution that impacts processes across operations to optimize processes and prevent future issues.
• Adhere to SLAs and SLCs of the team.

Typical Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent, preferably BCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science)/engineering graduates.
• Mastered in HTML and CSS concepts.
• Minimum 1 year of HTML coding experience

Knowledge & Skills:

• Exposure to HTML coding, and HTML5 expertise will be an added advantage.
• Healthcare RCM knowledge, preferred.
• Analytical skills and good communication skills
• MS office skills, required.
