About the Role
We are looking for a talented and creative Web Designer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in designing modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites. The candidate should have strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate requirements into visually appealing web layouts.

Key Responsibilities
Design clean, professional, responsive website layouts (UI/UX).

Create banners, graphics, icons, and design elements for web and mobile screens.

Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Optimize design assets for speed and user experience.

Maintain brand consistency across all digital touch points.

Understand user flows and create intuitive interfaces.

Redesign existing websites to improve aesthetics and usability.

Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.

Good understanding of HTML, CSS (basic knowledge).

Experience with responsive design, typography, color theory.

Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.

Knowledge of current UI/UX trends and design best practices.

Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.

Experience in WordPress or Webflow.

Familiarity with Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS.

Basic understanding of JavaScript.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a relevant field.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in web design.
