Pronota (https://pronota.in/) is a

full-service web agency based in Mohali

that creates user-centered websites, landing pages, funnels, dashboards, and mobile apps for clients worldwide. We are hiring a Web Designer who can design new interfaces and enhance the user experience of existing systems, working independently from concept to final hand-off.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to guide design decisions. Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using

Figma

,

Sketch

, and

Adobe Photoshop

. Design and refine

websites, landing pages, funnels, dashboards, and mobile applications

with a focus on intuitive, user-friendly experiences. Redesign and improve the UX of existing platforms and internal tools. Develop and maintain

design systems, style guides, and component libraries

for consistent branding. Collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients while

managing tasks independently

and meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

At least

3 years of professional UI/UX design experience

with a strong, varied portfolio. Expert knowledge of

Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Photoshop

. Strong understanding of responsive design, interaction principles, and accessibility standards. Ability to translate complex requirements into clean, user-friendly interfaces and clearly explain design rationale.
