Key Responsibilities

To work as an independent contributor in a sprint team developing, enhancing and maintaining Mission critical platform software.


Communicate and coordinate effectively with US and German teams.


Maintain integrity and work ethics within the team.

Skill Requirement:

5-8 years of relevant experience in Web Design

Skill Set requirements:

Proficient in JavaScript, Velocity scripting, HTML, and CSS. Strong understanding of Polarion ALM architecture, workflows, and customization. Able to create Polarion ALM scripts and dashboards. Experienced in workflow automation, UI development, and process optimization. Skilled in analyzing requirements, troubleshooting issues, and delivering efficient Polarion solutions. Able to encode defined metrics into interactive live documents and dashboards. Add / create visual and appealing graphics (custom or existing photos), display project metrics, capture dashboards (burn-down charts), reference links, website metrics, etc Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
