The Digital Technology, Insights & Operations Team drives transformation by modernizing the marketing technology stack. As part of the Publishing group, collaboration with IT and marketing stakeholders ensures Akamai.com provides exceptional customer experiences and marketing functionality.
Partner with the best
As a Web Content Publisher, you will manage Akamai's website by hosting assets, updating pages, and recommending design improvements. Responsibilities include maintaining Akamai.com to meet web standards and reviewing peers' work. You will oversee the publishing aspect of marketing projects, ensuring successful completion from beginning to end.
As a Web Content Publisher, you will be responsible for:

• Building and updating pages on Akamai.com
• Participating in peer review with other members of the Publishing team
• Assisting in the implementation and execution of Akamai.com's maintenance plan
• Recommending improvements to Akamai.com based on best practices and data gathered from analytics tools
• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of user documentation for Akamai.com
• Representing the Publishing team in cross-functional marketing projects

Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience
• Show proficiency in creating and updating web pages using enterprise content management systems like Adobe Experience Manager or similar component-based platforms.
• Be comfortable getting to intimately know the Akamai corporate site
• Have experience being part of a collaborative team that shares responsibilities
• Be familiar with managing multiple projects concurrently
• Have experience or interest in using cutting-edge website technology (A/B testing tools,

analytics, diagnostics, etc.) * Be capable of understanding and troubleshooting HTML and CSS. Have experience with ticketing systems such as Jira
