Work Profile : Chat Customer Service
Shifts: Monthly Rotational (Rotational)
Salary: 20,000 INR to 30,000 INR CTC
*Candidates should have fluent in english with excellent communication skills*
Requirements:
Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade pass
Responsibilities:
- Provide email and chat support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective resolution of customer issues.
- Proficient in written communication in English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
