The Wealth Relationship Manager (WRM) is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNI) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNI) clients by providing tailored financial solutions. The role involves building strong client relationships, offering investment advisory services, and ensuring superior client experience while meeting business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities



Client Relationship Management:



Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with HNI/UHNI clients.

Act as the primary point of contact for client financial needs.

Advisory & Portfolio Management:



Provide investment advice across asset classes (mutual funds, equity, debt, structured products, insurance, etc.).

Develop customized wealth management strategies aligned to client goals and risk appetite.

Monitor client portfolios and recommend rebalancing strategies.

Business Development:



Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and market intelligence.

Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling financial products.

Compliance & Risk Management:



Ensure all regulatory and internal compliance requirements are met.

Maintain proper documentation of client interactions, investment proposals, and transactions.

Client Servicing:



Deliver superior client experience by providing proactive updates and market insights.

Resolve client queries and service issues promptly.

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of financial products, capital markets, and wealth management solutions.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions.

Analytical mindset with strong financial acumen.

High integrity, confidentiality, and client-centric approach.

Qualifications & Experience



Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related fields.

Certifications such as NISM, CFP, CFA, or AMFI preferred.

3-8 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory.

Proven track record of managing HNI client relationships and achieving revenue targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
