- Wealth Manager
Job Purpose - To manage and oversee the financial affairs of promoters, including personal investments, wealth management, taxation, and financing requirements. End-to-end responsibility for promoters' finance, ensuring compliance, optimizing tax efficiency, managing liquidity, and supporting strategic financial decision-making.
Reporting - Functional & Administrative Director / JMD & CMO
Qualification - Charted Accountant (Qualified)
Work Experience - 8 - 10 years of relevant experience with Family Office
Mandatory - Strong understanding of taxation laws, FEMA, RBI guidelines, and corporate governance.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Promoters' Personal Finance Management
Oversee and monitor promoters' personal financial transactions, cash flows, and investment portfolios.
Manage liquidity requirements and ensure proper allocation of funds between business and personal needs.
Coordinate with bankers, wealth managers, and investment advisors for personal and family office finances.
2. Taxation & Compliance
Handle income tax planning, filing, and compliance for promoters and family members.
Manage regulatory filings, FEMA compliance, and reporting of international assets/investments.
Ensure alignment of personal financial structures with corporate governance and statutory requirements.
3. Financing & Investments
Manage borrowing requirements, including loans against shares, personal loans, and other promoter-level financing.
Structure financing solutions in coordination with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
Evaluate and oversee promoters' investments in real estate, securities, startups, or other ventures.
4. Advisory & Strategic Support
Provide financial analysis and recommendations for long-term wealth creation and risk management.
Support succession planning, estate planning, and structuring of family office/holdings.
Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, and consultants for effective structuring and dispute resolution.
5. Reporting & Governance
Prepare periodic MIS reports for promoters on overall wealth, liabilities, and returns.
Ensure confidentiality, transparency, and adherence to compliance standards.
Maintain accurate records of all financial dealings for promoters.
