We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused

Wealth Manager

to join our team in managing high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), and institutional clients. This role focuses on providing tailored financial strategies with a strong emphasis on

real estate investment opportunities

and

banking/financial services

. The ideal candidate will possess deep market knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities

:

Build, maintain, and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Offer customized wealth management strategies with a strong emphasis on

real estate investments

, private equity, REITs, and structured products. Provide integrated financial planning services including tax planning, estate planning, and succession strategies. Collaborate with internal banking and investment teams to provide holistic financial solutions. Conduct due diligence and evaluate real estate deals, both direct and indirect. Advise clients on asset allocation, credit structures, and portfolio performance. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (KYC/AML/FATCA etc.) and internal policies. Attend industry events and actively network to develop new business opportunities.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field. MBA/CFP/CFA/BFSI is preferred. 5-10 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory. Proven experience managing client portfolios involving

real estate assets

and

financial instruments

. Strong understanding of banking products: loans, credit lines, treasury services, and investment advisory. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills. Deep network of HNW/UHNW clients is a plus. Regulatory certifications (e.g., Series 7, 63, or relevant regional equivalents) preferred.
