I Cap Financial Services is a SEBI-registered financial advisory firm committed to offering comprehensive wealth solutions across investment products like Mutual Funds, SIPs, Pre-IPOs, Bonds, Demat Services, PMS, and AIFs. We focus on helping clients make informed financial decisions with a goal to grow and manage their wealth effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new clients and develop a strong client base through lead generation, referrals, and direct outreach Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable investment products (Mutual Funds, SIPs, Pre-IPOs, Bonds, etc.) Handle end-to-end onboarding including Demat account opening and KYC documentation Maintain and grow relationships with HNI and retail clients through regular follow-ups and portfolio reviews Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and new financial product offerings Achieve individual and team sales targets

Key Requirements:

Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field (NISM certification is a plus) Proven track record in sales of financial/investment products Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills Knowledge of capital markets, mutual funds, and wealth management products Ability to work independently and handle client portfolios confidently
